This group is called Command or CSTAFF (Command Staff)
What ranks: These groups hold rarely Captain, but sometimes Majors, but mostly Lieutenant Colonel, and Colonel along with Brigadier General.
Rules: Captain has the most rules and I will not list all of them. Majors has more power but not all of it. Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel and Brigadier has all the power to anything that belongs to us.
